Sabrina Carpenter drops the 12-track setlist for her upcoming album, ‘Short n’ Sweet’
Sabrina’s been carrying the pop girlie music scene for a while now, but it’s true when people say it takes 10 years to become an overnight success…
Since opening the Latin American leg of the The Eras Tour and going viral for her satisfying choreography and equally addictive tunes, Sabrina has become a global phenomenon.
Marking her newest era of music, Sabrina released the pop-charting single Espresso on April 12th of this year, which currently has over 860 million Spotify plays and even went #1 at Pop Radio.
In fact, the music video for Espresso received over 98 million views on YouTube - and let’s be honest, we’ve all watched it dozens of times:
Then, on June 3rd, we got the news that everyone was waiting to hear: Sabrina’s new album Short n’ Sweet will be released August 23rd of this year!

Not one to leave fans wanting, Sabrina’s next single Please Please Please released on June 6th, another incredible radio hit.
To mark the occasion, Sabrina created an incredible music video for Please Please Please:
Writing a song about your new boyfriend and having him star in the music video? Yeah, she did that. Iconic. This one will go down in hard launch history, we’re sure.

The big hair, tights and corset are straight out of an 80s aerobic exercise video, and adding to the vintage aesthetic, the tracklist rolls up the screen like credits, revealing the 12 tracks of Short n’ Sweet:

If we were to claim any tracks now, it’d be Dumb & Poetic and Coincidence, but that’s mostly because we love a good sad song here at VoiceNoted.
Though, we’re sure the album will have plenty of dance-pop bangers for everyone to enjoy - and hopefully live, because Sabrina’s going back on tour!
With 35 shows across North America, the Short n’ Sweet Tour, we unfortunately have to tell you that it has already (and we mean, completely) sold out. Though, with such an insane demand for tickets, there’s always the possibility of added dates.
Excitingly though, Sabrina has announced the Short n’ Sweet Tour openers as: Amaarae, Declan McKenna and Griff. So, if you’re heading to the tour, make sure to see who’s opening for your show and check out their music beforehand!
Sabrina is also yet to announce European dates, though we expect an announcement at 4pm BST today (July 18th), since arenas across the continent have been posting teasers:
